I’m a certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Pilates Instructor, and I created Flow Foundations to help women reconnect with their bodies, reset their hormones, and build sustainable wellness that actually works.
I know what it feels like to struggle with body image, yo-yo dieting, and chasing quick fixes — I tried nearly every approach out there before realizing that lasting health comes from understanding your own body and rhythms. Through coaching, movement, and mindful habits, I’ve learned how to feel comfortable, confident, and energized in my own body — and now I help other women do the same.
